📦 RETURN & REFUND POLICY – ALTRIX
At Altrix, we are committed to delivering quality products and a reliable shopping experience. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. All Sales Final
Due to the nature of our logistics and fulfillment process, all sales are final, except in cases where:
- The item received is defective.
- The wrong item was shipped.
- The item arrived damaged during transit.
We do not offer returns or refunds for reasons unrelated to product defects or fulfillment errors.
2. Reporting an Issue
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 5 days of delivery. Your request must include:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the item
- Clear photos of the packaging
Failure to provide sufficient evidence may result in the claim being denied.
3. Resolution Process
After reviewing your claim, we may, at our sole discretion:
- Issue a replacement at no additional cost, or
- Provide a partial or full refund.
We reserve the right to request additional information before approving any refund or replacement.
4. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved:
- It will be processed within 5–10 business days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Altrix.
5. Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, orders enter processing and cannot be canceled.
6. Fraud Prevention & Chargebacks
Altrix actively monitors transactions for fraud and abuse. We reserve the right to:
- Deny refund requests in cases of suspicious activity.
- Submit delivery confirmation and tracking documentation in response to payment disputes.
- Refuse future service to customers engaging in abusive behavior or fraudulent claims.
